Description
Lonseal Two-Part Epoxy Adhesive (#650) is a solvent-free, high-performance epoxy specifically formulated for installing Lonseal flooring in boats, vans, trailers, aircraft, and other transportation interiors. Its wet-set formula creates an exceptionally strong, durable bond designed to withstand the extreme temperature swings common in marine and vehicle environments.
Simply mix the two-part solution together in the bucket provided and quickly smooth it onto your level surface using the Lonseal U-Notch Trowel for a thin, even coat. Once the epoxy is applied, install your Lonseal flooring from the center outward, smoothing it over the epoxy with a silicone roller to eliminate air bubbles. Allow several hours for proper setting before walking or placing items on your newly installed flooring.

Application note: Part B is packaged inside the Part A bucket. Pour all of Part B into Part A and mix thoroughly using a slow-speed mechanical mixer (under 375 RPM) to achieve a smooth, homogeneous blend. Avoid air entrapment and prolonged mixing, as both will shorten the pot life of this product. For best results, use the Lonseal U-Notch Trowel (1/16″ x 1/32″ x 1/32″ notches), sold separately.
Substrate temperature: Use only when the substrate temperature is 65°F – 85°F (18.3°C – 29.4°C). Protect from freezing. Always review the Safety Data Sheet prior to use.
